我們體內竟然住著剪接師！鄭淑珍的 RNA 剪接研究

如果 DNA 是電影劇本，記載著生物體應該演出什麼樣的電影。 RNA 就像依劇本拍攝出來的影片片段，需再透過「剪接」才能組成劇情相符的電影，而細胞內的「剪接師團隊」就由五個小核核醣核酸及多種蛋白因子、蛋白複合體分工合作。

為什麼有些細菌會致病、有些不會？為什麼有些細菌需要依賴宿主存活、有些不用？要回答這些問題，需要比較不同的細菌，找出其中基因的異同處，就如同推理劇般一步步推敲細菌們的演化史。
